Return Policy

At Krystal Alyce, I want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review my return and exchange guidelines:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unused/unworn hair wraps, accessories and clothing within 14 days of delivery.
Non-returnable Items: Final sale, personalized, or used items can’t be returned.
How to start a return: Email me at krystalbriggs8@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item with your reason for return and your order number.
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after I receive and inspect your return.
Exchanges: If you need a different item, please contact me first. I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
